"Being novices we had no idea what to expect and on arrival being the only family group not wearing combats we felt a bit out of place. But people were nice, they spoke to us, didn’t treat us like dickheads and we were made to feel welcome. I was surprised how involved you could be even if you’ve not done it before. Yes you get shot and it stings a wee bit especially on exposed flesh but most shots are just hard enough to know you’ve been hit. And you try harder next time. My kids (12m, 13f, 15m) all absolutely loved it and want to go back. Missus who dressed for the occasion in bright pink found it slightly harder going."

"We had the low impact party for my son’s 10th birthday! (He hadn’t yet turned 10 so he fitted the age range). The boys absolutely loved it and have been talking about it for days afterwards and they looked after the kids as soon as we arrived so we had to do very little. The instructor was clear and fun and pitched perfectly for their age and they were all really good to work with. The tables and chairs and availability to lay out cake and snacks etc are a bit rough and ready but in the end it didn’t matter at all to us and the boys who were so happy with the paintball and some cake they didn't even notice.
