Head on down to the charming Welsh countryside and prepare to have your breath taken away – that’s exactly what’s in store when you pay a visit to our amazing location! Plenty of picturesque scenery surrounds our site, but the main attraction is of course the wonderful creatures you’ll be coming into close contact with! Joined by our highly experienced handlers throughout your session, you’ll get the chance to experience the thrill and excitement of getting up close and personal with a plethora of majestic birds of prey which includes the likes of Hawks, Buzzards, Owls, and more. When you take part in Falconry in Carmarthen, our qualified instructors will be on hand to provide you with a full safety briefing.
When you pay a visit to our venue, you’ll find that we are based just a stone’s throw away from Golden Grove / Gelli Aur Park. There are parking spaces and toilets available, while there is also an on-site café available for you to enjoy light refreshments after your experience.

Hawk Walk
Lasting for approximately 90 minutes in total, the Hawk Walk experience gives you the opportunity to fly and handle your very own Harris Hawk or Goshawk alongside our qualified falconers. Taking in the surroundings of the Welsh countryside, you’ll enjoy a blissful stroll through the woodlands – all while experiencing the thrill of witnessing the birds glide through the sky. From the very first moment to the last, you can expect an experience that you’ll remember for many years to come.

Half Day Falconry
Lasting for approximately three hours, the Half Day Falconry experience gives you the chance to enjoy an exhilarating walk through the Welsh countryside as well as the opportunity to get up close and personal with a range of wonderful birds of prey. Coming into contact with Hawks, Falcons, Buzzards, Owls, and maybe even an Eagle, this is sure to be an experience that you won’t be forgetting about in a hurry! Full Day Birds Of Prey
Coming into close contact with a range of different birds of prey, you’ll be given the chance to meet our Hawks, Falcons, Buzzards, Owls, and maybe even an Eagle. At the same time, you’ll be able to take in views of the charming South Wales countryside. Lasting for approximately six and a half hours in total, the experience includes a lunch in the Golden Grove/Gelli Aur country park café, and you’ll be joined by our experienced falconers throughout the session.
